Please take some time to review the terms and conditions. When renting our displays you are agreeing to the following:

We reserve the right to cancel/decline a greeting in the event of inclement weather.

​

• Payment is required at time of booking to hold date.

​

• Please do not remove or relocate our signs. 

​

• Missing or damaged display items will be the renters responsibility to replace.

​

• Muskoka Custom Lawn Greetings will not be held liable for any injury that may be caused to any person during the display rental period.

​

• Sprinklers must be off during delivery hours and lawn should be free and clear of any dog feces

​

• Lawn crews MUST be rescheduled

​

• If possible, please water your lawn before we arrive to set up as it makes it easier for the stakes to go in the ground

​

• Please do not attach anything to the signs such as balloons, streamers etc.

​

• Last minute requests are welcome

​

• We reserve the right to place our advertisement sign in the yard near the display. Our sign is small and unobtrusive and lets everyone know how to find us for information, so please do not move it.

        Refund Policy 

​

We understand that sometimes things happen and we will be happy to reschedule or refund you 100%. If you must cancel, you MUST give us at least 48 hours notice. Please understand time and planning goes into your display. If you must cancel with less then 48 hours notice for any reason a 50% refund will be given.

In the event of inclement weather or high winds, we will not set up any lawn displays. In this case we will refund the full rental price or reschedule at your convenience. YOUR CHOICE!

The items we cannot refund you for include:

​

• If incorrect information is provided, such as wrong address, date etc. Be sure to DOUBLE CHECK your invoice for the package ordered, spelling of name(s) and age of person, delivery address, date and time to make sure there aren't any mistakes prior to your delivery.

• If your loved one wants the display removed or picked up early.

​

• If your display was not exactly as pictured online. We try our best but no two displays are created equal and some minor variances may be noticeable.

        Privacy Policy 

• We will never sell your information to anyone.

 

• We may want to share your display on social media (our website, facebook or instagram) for the purpose of advertising. If you wish for this not to be done, please let us know at the time of booking.

By placing a booking with Muskoka Custom Lawn Greetings, you are in agreement to all of the Terms & Conditions stated above.
